With the count down for Colour approaching, we want to invite you to 'Be the Change'. The Colour Sisterhood represents a company of down to earth, everyday women who desire to make a difference and make the world a better place - in essence it is a foundation seeking to place value upon humanity; a story of unity and alliance.
BE THE CHANGE FOR THE HOMELESS
Jane is a 70 year old homeless woman that sleeps on the trains... this gift is for her.
Jack is a 40 year old man that doesn't like to shower in his boarding house because it is so dirty... this gift is for him.
We want the city to be blessed by the gathering of the SISTERHOOD. As a gift for our community we would like to give practical items homeless people across the city of Sydney. In partnership with the Salvation Army Oasis Youth Support Network we will be distributing these to refuges and shelters that help the homeless after Colour as a tangible effect of the gathering of the SISTERHOOD.
We are asking every woman that is coming to Colour to bring one or more items on the shopping list below to contribute to these gifts. You can drop them off at the SISTERHOOD area in the expo when you get to conference and we will be packing up the gifts on the Saturday afternoon if you want to get involved!
